The following conditions apply:

​Shipping Conditions​

The delivery of products ordered through our online platform is available within Austria and Germany.


​​Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Austria):

The shipping cost is €12.90 for the first ordered product.

For each additional product, an extra shipping cost of €7.90 applies.

​International deliveries (Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy):

he shipping cost is €24.90 for the first ordered product.

For each additional product, an extra shipping cost of €14.90 applies.

​International deliveries (other EU countries):

On request, we can also ship goods via freight forwarding to other EU countries.

 

Delivery Times

For products customized according to customer specifications, the correction template will be created within 3-7 days after the conclusion of the contract. The design process and delivery of the goods will be completed within 8-12 weeks after approval of the correction template (in case of prepayment, after receipt of payment), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery time for goods within Austria is 3-5 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of prepayment, after receipt of payment). For Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy, the delivery time is 6-8 business days. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

For self-collection, we will inform you via email once the goods are ready for pickup along with pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Which Countries Can Be Delivered To?

For orders placed via our online platform, we generally deliver to Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy. However, upon request, we will gladly try to arrange a shipping option to other EU countries. The exact conditions will be provided upon request. In some cases, international shipping may not be possible. If this occurs, you may organize the shipping yourself in coordination with our team.
