DI Milorad Kremenovic, owner of Erised e.U., collects, processes, and uses your personal data only with your consent, and in compliance with data protection and civil law provisions. This also applies to future data collection. The disclosure of data is voluntary.
Only such personal data will be collected that is necessary for the execution and processing of our sales or that you have voluntarily provided.
Personal data includes all information that contains details about personal or material circumstances, such as name, company, other business-related designations, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, age, company registration number, VAT number, tax number, bank and transfer details, creditworthiness/solvency data, and dunning data.

2. Information and Deletion
As a contract partner, you have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin, recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing, and blocking or deletion of incorrect or unlawfully processed data.
If there are any changes to your personal data, we ask you to notify us accordingly.
You have the right at any time to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data. Your request for information, deletion, correction, objection, and/or data transfer, in the latter case, provided it does not cause disproportionate effort, can be directed to the company address listed in point 10 of this statement.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws or that your data protection rights have been infringed in another way, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the competent authority is the Data Protection Authority.
3. Data Security
The protection of your personal data is ensured through appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These measures particularly involve protection against unauthorized, unlawful, or accidental access, processing, loss, use, and manipulation.
Despite efforts to maintain a consistently high level of due diligence, it cannot be completely ruled out that information you provide via the internet may be viewed and used by others.
Please note that we assume no liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking of email accounts or phones).
4. Use of Data
We will only process the data provided to us for the purposes covered by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. An exception to this is the use for statistical purposes, provided the data has been anonymized.

n order to fulfill your order, it may be necessary to pass your data on to third parties, such as transport companies. The transfer of your data is based solely on the GDPR, particularly to fulfill your order or based on your prior consent.
Some of the aforementioned recipients of your personal data may be located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be equivalent to that in Austria. We make every effort to ensure that data breaches are detected early and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant supervisory authority without delay, including details of the respective data categories affected.
7. Retention of Data
We will not retain data longer than necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations, so the data will remain stored for 30 years from the conclusion of the respective purchase contract and will then be irrevocably deleted.
