Our ERISED showroom in Graz is open Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Yes, we offer custom-made LED mirrors. This option is currently available to B2B customers as well as private customers with a certain order quantity or minimum order value. Contact our sales team at office@erised.at and we will take care of the rest!

Our custom LED mirrors come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience any issues with your mirror during the warranty period, please contact our customer support for assistance.

The warranty period in B2B transactions is one year in all cases. There is no subsequent limitation period. Section 924 ABGB is excluded in B2B transactions, i.e. the customer must always prove that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.
